"Working With Coach Joe has seriously made a
difference in my explosiveness and overall speed.
Before our trainings, I struggled with quick starts
and didn't feel as confident running the ball all
the way up the field. Now as I am getting ready
for college ball, I feel extremely ready and so
much of that is because of Joe. Our trainings are
always fun and competitive, but they really teach
you how to be a better overall player. I was lucky
enough to find Joe before I left for college - and
our trainings have seriously helped prepare me
for the next level."

"My name is Annika and I started training with
Coach Joe beginning my freshman year of high
school and trained with him for all 4 years.
Not only did he make me a better athlete
physically but he also made me a better athlete
mentally. My confidence in my abilities grew so
much through all of my years with Joe and my
progression with my speed and footwork, is a
night and day difference. Not only is Joe a great
coach but he is also a great person. I looked
forward to our training's because I always knew I
would be laughing by the end of it. I now play D1
lacrosse at the University of Louisville, thanks to
Coach Joes trainings, and I can say confidently I
am one of the fastest girls out there!"

"Training with Coach Joe helped me tremendously. I'm more athletic, coordinated, and
confident than ever before. I'm also excited to
train every week because of the fun
atmosphere."

"I first started training with Coach Joe when I was
in 7th grade for basketball. I trained consistently
with him for a few years in basketball and
eventually did more agility work around high
school once I started focusing on softball.
In basketball, he taught me so many moves
and skills that helped me throughout my high
school career. Once I began focusing on softball
recruitment for college, he was able to get my
footwork, explosiveness, and conditioning to
the max. During my years training with him, he
always pushed me past my limits shaping me
into the athlete I am today. Because of him, my
agility is very solid, helping me at the Division 1
level. While training with him, he has always been
so supportive even on days that I didn't have
my 100%-- always finding a way to get the best
out of me. Not only did he train me physically, he
always mentored me. When training was hard,
he was always able to find a way that made
me mentally stronger and get me past difficult
drills. No matter how hard the exercise was, I
was eventually able to get through it because of
how my mental toughness developed over the
years, allowing me to get 1% better each training
session. Being at the Division 1 and highly
academic level, I am expected a lot from not onlv
my Coaches but my Professors as well. These
expectations require a lot of mental toughness,
and without developing this skill, it would be very
hard to succeed. Lots of my success comes from
Coach Joe, and I am forever grateful and blessed
to call him my Coach."
